Domestic Airport Bacolod Silay City, Negros Occidental
This is the airport in the northwest of the island of Negros, about 180 km from Sipalay City. There is a cheap shuttle bus available from the airport to the city of Bacolod or to the bus terminal. There are also many taxis that offer their services. Cost by taxi to Bacolod City is Pesos 500. Private transfers from the airport in Bacolod Silay City to the resort Artistic Diving can be booked. Travel time from the airport to the resort by taxi or minivan, 4 hours, 3 hours at night.​​​​​​​

Domestic Airport Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental
This is the airport in the south of the island of Negros, about 180 km from Sipalay City. With Tricycles you can easily reach downtown Dumaguete or the bus terminal. In Dumaguete there are no taxis available, only tricycles operating. Transfers from Dumaguete Airport to Artistic Diving Resort can be booked. Travel time from the airport to the resort by taxi or minivan, 4 hours, 3 hours at night.

Ferry connections from the Island of Cebu to the Island of Negros:
In Cebu City (northeast of Cebu Island) you can take a passenger fast ferry via Tagbilaran (Bohol Island) to Dumaguete (Negros Island).  www.oceanjet.net

Southwest of the island of Cebu there is a ferry service from Bato (Cebu Island) to Tampi (Negros Island) (Passenger and car ferry)

In the south of the island of Cebu there is a ferry service from Liloan (Cebu Island) to Sibulan (Negros Island) (Passenger and car ferry)

Northwest of the island of Cebu there is a ferry service from Toledo (Cebu Island) to San Carlos (Negros Island) (Passenger and car ferry)

Ferry connections from the Island of Panay to the Island of Negros:
Boracay - Iloilo - Bacolod - Sipalay:
From Boracay Island (Caticlan Panay Island) it is best to take an air-conditioned minivan to get to Iloilo via Kalibo. Driving time about 5 hours, cost about 400 pesos. In Iloilo (southeast of Panay) there is a fast ferry to Bacolod. (Northwest of the island Negros). www.oceanjet.net 

At the pier of Bacolod City, you can directly book a taxi to get to Sipalay. There is also a free bus service to the South Terminal in Bacolod City, from where the Ceres buses and also Mini Vans leave for Sipalay City.

Ferry connections from Malapasqua Island via Bantayan Island to Negros Island:
By ferry from Malapasqua Island via Bantayan Island to Cadiz City. ( Nord of Negros Island). The ferries leave every day. The best thing to do is ask at the pier in Malapasqua for the schedule. From Cadiz City, you can take the bus via Bacolod City to Sipalay City.

Ferry connections from the Island of Siquijor to Negros Island:
By ferry from Siquijor Island to Dumaguete City. (Negros Island). The ferries leave every day from the pier of Siquijor. From Dumaguete you can take the Ceres bus via Bayawan to Sipalay.

Bus connections:
Bus connections from Bacolod City to Sipalay City:
Buses from Bacolod City, Ceres Liner south terminal run every hour to Sipalay City. The signs on the bus are written with "Hinoba-an" or new with Sipalay. There are also express buses to Sipalay which without stopping drive to Sipalay. Several times a day there are also air-conditioned buses to Sipalay. (Travel time up to 5 hours, costs about 300 pesos)

Bus connections from Dumaguete City to Sipalay City:
Buses from Dumaguete City, Ceres Liner terminal regularly go to Sipalay City. The signs on the bus are written with "Bayawan or even" Hinoba-an. "There are also express buses to Bayawan City, from there you have to change to a regular bus which then goes via Hinoba-an to Sipalay City. (Travel time up to 5/6 hours, costs about 300 pesos)

Bus connections from Cebu City to Sipalay City:
There are also buses from Cebu City to Sipalay City. The signs on the bus are written with "Dumaguete". You do not have to change in Dumaguete. The bus then continues via Bayawan-Hinoba-an to Sipalay City. (Travel time is up to 12 hours, please ask your destination and costs at the terminal in Cebu City)

Van connections:
Public Mini Van Terminal in Bacolod City bound to Sipalay City:
Next to the Ceres Liner south terminal there are also public minibuses that bring the guests to Sipalay City. These minivans start the ride but only when they are full. Please ask at the minivan terminal located just about 100 Meters down the road. Cost about 300 pesos.

From Bacolod or Dumaguete you can also be picked up. We also drive at night, any time. ​​​​​​​Duration of the transfer is appr. 4 hours, during the night it is max. 3 hours. Cost per ride: PHP 5500, pls contact us for reservations.

Tricycle transfers:
Transfer from Sipalay Terminal to Punta Ballo Artistic Diving Resort:
At the bus terminal of Sipalay City, there are tricycles which brings the guests to Punta Ballo. Duration for this 7 km long route is about 20 minutes. Price per trip Pesos 200.
